Preschool runs from age two to five. Teachers pick a new theme each week, so children meet early literacy, math, science and social skills through stories, group activities and guided play. Children practice taking turns, sharing and solving problems. They build independence and confidence, each at their own pace.
Children usually start preschool between two and five, depending on readiness. Play is central: it builds communication, problem-solving and motor skills. Teachers keep ratios low so they can tailor activities to each child. Expect daily updates through a parent app, plus conferences and progress reports. Pack a change of clothes, lunch, a water bottle, a comfort item and outerwear, all labeled with your child's name.

Children listen to stories, sort and count, paint, build, and work on projects with friends. Adults guide rather than direct, stepping in when a child needs help taking turns or naming a feeling.
